THE SEAL OF APOSTLESHIP

What is the Seal of My Apostleship?  Where Do We Go From Here?  There are many misperceptions about the foundational, fivefold ministry gift of the Apostle. Even the Apostle Paul, arguably the most influential apostle of the early church, had to deal with extreme scrutiny in defense of his apostleship.  He declares to the Church of Corinth that even though others disputed his apostleship that they were the seal (outward showing, evidence or manifestation; the insignia) of his apostleship, 1 Cor. 9:2.  God has established me in the office of the Apostle through the laying on of hands by seasoned, recognized Apostles in the Body of Christ.  He has also confirmed me with His obvious favor and anointing.  In addition the following list is provided to further clarify the apostolic assignment that God has given me.  As we perfect these areas they will further validate God’s call and commission on my life.  This is the “Seal of My Apostleship".

1. We Submit

We are honoring God and demonstrating our love for Him through a lifestyle of obedience! We submit to God’s Word.  We submit to the leading of the Holy Spirit.   We submit to God’s purpose for our lives.  We recognize and submit to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

James 4:7

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

2. We Serve

We are honoring God by honoring one another.  We serve sacrificially with compassion, excellence and humility.  We create an atmosphere where the Love of God is personified.  The GREATEST among us must be the servant of all.  We give world class customer service!

 Matt 23:11-12
11 But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.
12 And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.

3. We Sow

We are establishing a culture of Giving through which faith is released, obedience is established and our love for God has its greatest expression.  Through our giving His Kingdom has come and His will is being done in the earth, right now.

Gen 26:12-13
12 Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him.
13 And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great:

4. We Save

As a Resource Center we are providing solutions and meeting needs.  We possess the Wisdom of God and the Mind of Christ for every situation.  Through us God is being made known and the resurrection of Christ is a reality in every echelon of life.

1 Cor 9:22
I am  made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.

5. We Celebrate

We have a transformational life giving Worship and Word that redeems and delivers; while employing all of the instruments and arts.  Through our deliberate worship and dynamic Word; God is made known, infirmities of every kind are healed, yokes are destroyed, devils are cast out, provisions and promises are received.  Through our celebration we dominate!

Ps 107:20-22
20 He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
21 Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!
22 And let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare his works with rejoicing.

6. We Send

We are Recognizing, Raising Up, Releasing and Resourcing leaders.  Through the blessing of the Lord that is resting on the C3 family God is causing us to be a blessing. And through us the nations of the world are being blessed.  Through Christ we’re walking in the blessing of Abraham!

Gen 12: 2-3

2And I will make you a great nation, And I will bless you, And make your name great; And so you shall be a blessing; 3And I will bless those who bless you, And the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth will be blessed."

7. We See the Supernatural

The mantle on this ministry is marked by the life giving force of the Holy Spirit. Through the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit we see miracles daily.

Mark 16:20
20 And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
